{"id":39881,"date":"2017-07-19T09:59:52","date_gmt":"2017-07-19T08:59:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=39881"},"modified":"2017-07-19T09:59:52","modified_gmt":"2017-07-19T08:59:52","slug":"co-creation-hub-international-job-available","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/co-creation-hub-international-job-available.html","title":{"rendered":"Co-creation Hub International Job Available"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Co-creation Hub Nigeria is a social enterprise committed to bringing together stakeholders from different walks of life to work collaboratively on solutions to social challenges facing the Nigerian society.<br \/>\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Project Manager (UK), <\/strong>PitchDrive<strong><br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0UK<br \/>\n<strong>Job Information<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are you passionate about making an impact?<\/li>\n<li>Do you have experience in managing innovative and exciting projects?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>We are looking to hire a contract Project Manager for 6 weeks to support our project \u2013 PitchDrive:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As Project Manager, you would be responsible for the planning, scheduling and coordinating of all activities and stakeholders of the PitchDrive tour across 5 European cities. You will oversee all aspects of logistics, accommodation, feeding and general coordination.<\/li>\n<li>PitchDrive by CcHUB, powered by Google for Entrepreneurs, will engage 15 of Africa\u2019s top tech start-ups on a tour of exciting tech cities in Europe (Paris, Zurich, Berlin, Amsterdam, and London) to pitch to investors, explore international opportunities and learn about frontier technology markets. Co-Creation Hub (CcHUB) is a social innovation center dedicated to accelerating the application of social capital and technology for economic prosperity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining all schedules and activities on the PitchDrive tour.<\/li>\n<li>Making and confirming hotel reservations, meal reservations, event reservations, vehicle rental and tour arrangements with appropriate parties in the various countries.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with managing all stakeholders \u2013 startups, investors, employees, media crew, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that itineraries are adhered to. Revising itineraries and rescheduling arrangements, where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with generating content of all external communication (website, press releases, banners, social media etc) to pass on to the Communications team.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the travel logistics of all activities.<\/li>\n<li>Managing travel reservations and arranging airport pickups.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining schedules of all pitch events and ensuring venues are suitable for events.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with negotiating all arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Generating reports to the Project Lead after each Pitch event as well as at the end of the tour.<\/li>\n<li>Reconciling all invoices after each event and preparing a detailed summary at the end of the tour.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out other duties as assigned by the Project Lead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to travel freely in the UK and Schengen region.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience of project and programme management<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of contemporary social issues in Nigeria and efforts towards their resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and oral communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build and manage relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success of managing projects in a commercial organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Social self-starter, able to work independently, who enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV\u2019s and 1-page cover letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@cchubnigeria.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@cchubnigeria.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the subject \u2018Project Officer \u2013 PitchDrive\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Monday, 24th July, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Co-creation Hub Nigeria is a social enterprise committed to bringing together stakeholders from different walks of life to work collaboratively on solutions to social challenges facing the Nigerian society.
