Furthermore, we help rural communities with school structures and educational facilities, borehole and basic facilities for life\u2019s basic comfort<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Secretary<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Oyo<br \/>\n<strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><br \/>\nYour Job responsibilities Includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments<\/li>\n<li>Implementing new procedures and administrative systems<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with relevant organisations and clients<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating mail shots and similar publicity tasks<\/li>\n<li>Logging or processing bills or expenses<\/li>\n<li>Managing reception and meeting and greeting clients<\/li>\n<li>Field work<\/li>\n<li>Typing, preparing and collating reports<\/li>\n<li>Filing<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)<\/li>\n<li>Managing databases<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing workloads<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills<\/li>\n<li>Team working skills<\/li>\n<li>Assertiveness<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Tact, discretion and diplomacy<\/li>\n<li>The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs to be done and to do it<\/li>\n<li>Computer literacy, the ability to use standard software packages (eg Microsoft Office) and to learn bespoke packages if required.<\/li>\n<li>Organization and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Research and marketing skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s and Cover Letters to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@elainafoundation.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>info@elainafoundation.org<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>31st July, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Elaina Foundation is committed to educating children who need help.
