{"id":40156,"date":"2017-07-25T17:32:42","date_gmt":"2017-07-25T16:32:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=40156"},"modified":"2017-07-25T17:32:42","modified_gmt":"2017-07-25T16:32:42","slug":"ongoing-recruitment-graceco-nigeria-limited","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/ongoing-recruitment-graceco-nigeria-limited.html","title":{"rendered":"Ongoing Recruitment at Graceco Nigeria Limited"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Graceco Nigeria Limited is a food processing and manufacturing company which specializes in consumer goods and the production of input for bakers and the confectionary industry.<br \/>\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Executive<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and\/or market segment by effectively selling the company\u2019s products to new and existing customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promotes\/sells\/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based marketing style<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates products and services to existing\/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Details of Function<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory\/market segment to generate new business for the organization\u2019s products\/services.<\/li>\n<li>Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.<\/li>\n<li>Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.<\/li>\n<li>Escalate customer\u2019s problems and complaint to sales administrators\/management<\/li>\n<li>Analyzes the territory\/market\u2019s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer\u2019s value to the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies advantages and compares organization\u2019s products\/services.<\/li>\n<li>Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory\/segment.<\/li>\n<li>Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate must possess B.Sc\/HND in Management Studies or related disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must have at least 3 years\u2019 experience in sales position preferably in FMCG.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must reside in Abuja.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must be able to drive and have valid drivers\u2019 license.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be computer literate especially in use of MS suite.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must possess sound communication and writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak the local dialect of the area of application is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their updated resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@graceco.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@graceco.com.ng<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The title of the mail should be in this format: Sales Executive application (Abuja).
