wholesales company that specializes in the importation and supply of high quality building materials and construction equipment in Nigeria, is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Brand Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job brief:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced Brand manager who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>You will join a dynamic and fastpaced environment and you will generate strategies that grow market share and brand\u2019s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insights<\/li>\n<li>Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies to match up to<\/li>\n<li>Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and gotomarket strategies<\/li>\n<li>Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to \u201ctake action\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates<\/li>\n<li>Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)<\/li>\n<li>Coach the team and get the best from everyone<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors\u2019 activities to identify opportunities and key issues<\/li>\n<li>Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy<\/li>\n<li>Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate bottlenecks<\/li>\n<li>Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies<\/li>\n<li>Align the company around the brand\u2019s direction, choices and tactics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven working experience as brand manager or associate brand manager in Beverages such as;Premium wines, Hennessy, spirits etc.<\/li>\n<li>Drive for results and leaderships skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix<\/li>\n<li>Highly creative with ability to think out of box<\/li>\n<li>Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Uptodate with latest trends and marketing best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent command of the English language.<\/li>\n<li>BS\/MS Degree in Marketing or a related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:chigozie.muoneke@aldelia.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>chigozie.muoneke@aldelia.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>31st July, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aldelia Group \u2013 An established retail &amp;
