Fan Milk Nigeria is a well established and fast growing food processing industry offering wide range of products.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Admin Assistant \u2013 Technical<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To coordinate and plan the day to day activities of DST through the approval of DST Coordinator and Workshop Manager<\/li>\n<li>To receive complaints\/tickets from Fan Milk Exclusive agents, MDCs and Admin units nationwide and update all on completion of repairs and maintenance via Navision<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports on daily, monthly and quarterly bases<\/li>\n<li>Assist DST Coordinator and monitor the departmental financial system in order to ensure that the finances are maintained in accurate and timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Managing the department\u2019s float and the office supplies and consumption<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the activities of the drivers<\/li>\n<li>Carry out all necessary correspondence in relation to achieving the departmental goal.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the activities of the Lagos Technical Store.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all forms of correspondence in the department<\/li>\n<li>Keep records of all the Fan Milk assets nationwide and submit status all time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Accountabilities<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>(IPE Factors: Impact &amp; Innovation)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that complaints received through the customer care units via Navision from Exclusive and MDCs nationwide are forward to DST Coordinator and followed up and feedback is given to stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper documentation of report(s) done.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all outside station trip by technicians for jobs are coordinated and reported.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in assigning jobs to contractors, and the follow up till completion.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that proper correspondence with the outside station teams, in other to give prompt attention the complaints from the team at Ibadan, Aba, Benin, Kano and Abuja.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all safety standards are kept in the workshop and its environs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep all the materials used for repairs and project by the team.<\/li>\n<li>Documentation of all reports, repairs and expenditures by the team.<\/li>\n<li>Report return(s) jobs to the Workshop Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates and encourages reporting of poor temperature from a cooling plant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Critical Qualifications\/ Skills\/ Experience\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n(IPE Factor: Knowledge)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/BSc Mechanical Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative and technical experience.<\/li>\n<li>Has a strong character and work ethic with attitude to work.<\/li>\n<li>Is flexible, proactive, responsible, and demonstrate an ability to be a self-starter and get the job done.<\/li>\n<li>Possess ability to learn fast on the job with little or no supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in IT skills.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable on inventory and store keeping.<\/li>\n<li>Understands Engineering Safety Management.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a detailed person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/fanmilk-nig.net\/careers\/job\/search\/?display=admin-assistant-technical-lagos-fan25071\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fan Milk Plc, is a leading manufacturer and marketer of healthy, nutritious and safe frozen dairy and non-frozen dairy food products with distribution channels across the length and breadth of&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10164,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[4,70],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
