{"id":40278,"date":"2017-07-27T15:31:42","date_gmt":"2017-07-27T14:31:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=40278"},"modified":"2017-07-27T15:31:42","modified_gmt":"2017-07-27T14:31:42","slug":"stresert-services-limited-vacancy-top-travel-tour-agency","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/stresert-services-limited-vacancy-top-travel-tour-agency.html","title":{"rendered":"Stresert Services Limited: Vacancy At A Top Travel and Tour Agency"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Stresert Services Limited \u2013 Our client, is a top travel and tour organization mostly into umrah\/hajj operations, tours (schools\/groups), general ticketing, airport protocol, and hotel reservations.<br \/>\nThey require the service of a suitable and qualified candidate to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Female Manager \u2013 Travel Agency<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos Island.<br \/>\n<strong>Reports To:<\/strong>\u00a0MD\/CEO<strong><br \/>\nSummary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Business Manager (Female) who will be responsible for the overall Operations and the general growth of the Travel Agency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include<\/strong><br \/>\nOperations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Overall management of the Travel Agency<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the daily activities of the Company<\/li>\n<li>Design operational plan for the company<\/li>\n<li>Drive the company\u2019s marketing policy<\/li>\n<li>Sign-on of new customers to the company<\/li>\n<li>Drive growth of clientele base<\/li>\n<li>Prompt resolution of customer issues and complaints<\/li>\n<li>Develop strong and enduring personal relationship with decision makers of existing clients and potential clients with the specific purpose of identifying business opportunities, resolving issues and managing crisis<\/li>\n<li>Ensure actualization of business targets<\/li>\n<li>Ensure high standard of customer experience always<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies to achieve visibility for the Company<\/li>\n<li>Attending Agency\u2019s meetings and appointments<\/li>\n<li>Understand the company\u2019s market share objectives for each customer and resolve strategies to increase wallet shares of the customer\u2019s businesses with us<\/li>\n<li>Contribute towards ensuring company\u2019s budget for actualisation and realisation for the year.<\/li>\n<li>Management of existing clients: 100% customer retention and improved turnaround\/response time<\/li>\n<li>Generating enough income to defray all Agencies\u2019 expenses<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting the best hands for the Agency<\/li>\n<li>Prepares Weekly and Monthly Marketing Call Plan<\/li>\n<li>Monthly Operations &amp; Marketing Report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Financial Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow up on debtors. Supervise the recovery unit and pursue all the outstanding payments due to the Companies<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Annual budgets with the MD\/CEO<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of the budgets<\/li>\n<li>Keeping Agency\u2019s records and accounting<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and ensure prompt invoicing of executed jobs<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Bank account officers to ensure smooth operations with the banks.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on loan repayments to avoid default<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Maintenance Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilities\/ equipment management<\/li>\n<li>Maintain data base<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a graduate with background in social sciences ( B.Sc\/HND)<\/li>\n<li>Must have at least 5 \u2013 7 years similar experience in a reputable travel and tour organization in a related capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Usage of relevant ticketing software\u2019s e.g. Amadeus, Sabre, itravel etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary is negotiable based on experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:mgtpositions@stresert.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>mgtpositions@stresert.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using \u2018Business Manager\u2019 as subject of mail<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Experienced candidates will be invited for interviews.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>7th August, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stresert Services Limited \u2013 Our client, is a top travel and tour organization mostly into umrah\/hajj operations, tours (schools\/groups), general ticketing, airport protocol, and hotel reservations.
