operations by maintaining office systems and supervise staff in the capacity below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Office Manager\/Book Keeper<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State.<br \/>\n<strong>Report To:<\/strong>\u00a0Managing Consultant.<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nOffice Administration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Order and maintain stationery and equipment supplies<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative and book-keeping support for the entire office<\/li>\n<li>Plan, organize, and manage projects, and contribute to team work<\/li>\n<li>Record office expenditure and manage the budget<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs<\/li>\n<li>Assist with events and receptions by coordinating RSVPs, name tags , and varying event support<\/li>\n<li>Organise and chair meetings with members of staff<\/li>\n<li>Filing and retrieving corporate documents, records, and reports<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing operating practices and procedures to determine if improvements can be made in areas such as workflow, reporting procedures, or expenditures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Book Keeping:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage Accounts Payable and Receivables; prepare invoices<\/li>\n<li>Manage the office Petty Cash and other accounting records<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts and the posting transactions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the general ledger by transferring account summaries<\/li>\n<li>Balance the general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries<\/li>\n<li>Work with external accountant and auditors<\/li>\n<li>Process payroll, pension and taxes<\/li>\n<li>Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances<\/li>\n<li>process dues, fees, payments, bank statement and ledgers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Personnel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise all members of staff<\/li>\n<li>Promote staff development and training<\/li>\n<li>Assist with integration of new hires and completion of their paperwork<\/li>\n<li>Carry out staff appraisals, manage performance and disciplining staff<\/li>\n<li>Delegate work to staff and managing their workload and output<\/li>\n<li>Track HR- related data, i.e. annual leave, sick leave, evaluations etc.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain HR file and send appropriate information as necessary to the Managing Consultant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Competencies Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervisory\/People management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self motivated and quality oriented skills; able to set priorities and multi-task, work independently, attention to detail and be part of the team.<\/li>\n<li>Able to manage the office of about 1-12 employees.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to train internal and external clients will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Able to use Ms Office (minimum of Excel \/spreadsheet, Word &amp; PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 4-5 years book keeping\/office manager experience.<\/li>\n<li>A Bachelor\/ HND Degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or related field.<\/li>\n<li>The ideal applicants MUST have worked in the capacity of an Office Manager and a Book keeper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other duties may be assigned to ensure smooth and efficient running of the office from time to time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Salary\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nN120, 000 \u2013 N150, 000\/m (negotiable, based on experience).<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and
