Title:\u00a0\u00a0Business Development Assistant (Intern)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the communication of the organization with clients via means like emails, telephones, and websites<\/li>\n<li>Respond to inquiries made by clients about company services in a timely and friendly manner<\/li>\n<li>Act as link between the organization and the clients to ensure clients take more interest in services rendered.<\/li>\n<li>Undertake and monitor researches to provide highly needed support for the business development team<\/li>\n<li>Identify and communicate with new business leads for the organization<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research and also make delivery on any intelligence that will have strong impact on proposition development for any new investment project of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Develop good knowledge regarding priority sectors, like market routes and trends; this enables the organization improve on its effectiveness in service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Provide required support for the organization\u2019s business development team, especially in activities relating to account management<\/li>\n<li>Perform various tasks, like recording minutes during meetings<\/li>\n<li>Develop operational contacts, which will provide needed support for the tasks undertaken by the organization\u2019s business development team<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the management of the organization\u2019s systems to ensure things are done accurately<\/li>\n<li>Assist the sales agents of the organization to complete clients visit reports and system development<\/li>\n<li>Manage reports and management information to ensure the company meets up with requirements made known by clients<\/li>\n<li>Support the business development manager in sales support when required by him\/her<\/li>\n<li>Work under direction of the business development manager<\/li>\n<li>Assist the manager to make inquiries on small projects and to handle them from start to finish<\/li>\n<li>Cooperate in positive manner to the growth of the organization by providing required assistance to relevant staff and organization\u2019s partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc Degree (Ongoing or Graduate)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent PPT and EXCEL proficiency<\/li>\n<li>Heavy Social media Knowledge and presence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Clients Services Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client\u2019s brief and budget;<\/li>\n<li>Presenting alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client;<\/li>\n<li>Handling budgets, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients;<\/li>\n<li>Writing client reports,monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking administration tasks;<\/li>\n<li>Arranging and attending meetings;<\/li>\n<li>Making \u2018pitches\u2019, along with other agency staff, to try to win new business for the agency.<\/li>\n<li>Working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies;<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both,<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that communication flows effectively;<\/li>\n<li>Presenting creative work
