Boch systems, incorporated in 2006 by a team of seasoned executives with vast experience and pedigree on service delivery in Africa.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Support Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sourcing\/Purchasing of confirmed orders in a timely manner or in line with agreed timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring delivery of orders to clients within specified timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Providing competitive quotes in a timely manner upon request from customer\/sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Handling telephone calls or acknowledging customers\u2019 e-mails or letters for sales team representatives who are away from the office.<\/li>\n<li>Making travel or accommodation booking for sales &amp; presales teams and processing their claims for business expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Confirming stock availability and sending updates to customers via phone\/email on order fulfillment and delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Creating and maintaining customer records, updating details when contacts change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills are essential for this role.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating attention to detail, accuracy and communicating clearly with other teams via mail\/phone\/verbally.<\/li>\n<li>Residents of Ikeja\/Mainland in that axis would be given preference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@bochsystems.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@bochsystems.net<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0We thank all applicants for their interest, however, please note that only shortlisted candidates would be contacted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>18th August, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Boch Systems Company Limited is the leading information availability company in Africa.
