Through this annual fellowship programme, we seek to deepen and broaden our growing network which continues to contribute its skills and learning to a better Africa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"orange-text\">The Fellowships offer the opportunity to work in the executive offices of either the AfDB\u00a0(Abidjan), UNECA\u00a0(Addis Ababa) or the ITC\u00a0(Geneva).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>National of an African country<\/li>\n<li>7-10 years of relevant work experience<\/li>\n<li>master\u2019s degree<\/li>\n<li>under the age of 40, or 45 for women with children<\/li>\n<li>any additional criteria as set by the host.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application process<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Prospective fellows who meet the eligibility criteria are\u00a0invited to apply directly to the current hosts:<\/p>\n<p><strong>The International Trade Centre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Mo Ibrahim Fellowship programme is an excellent opportunity to build the leadership and managerial skills of young men and women in Africa by placing them in the heart of the trade and development world. ITC has benefitted from hosting a number of Fellows who have provided great support to the work of the Executive Office.
