We are duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (CAC) with incorporation number RC: 980429.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Social Media Executive<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<strong><br \/>\nKey Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementing Spark and Light\u2019s social media strategy<\/li>\n<li>Daily management of our clients\u2019 social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn.<\/li>\n<li>Briefing design teams and collating assets for social media content and campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Reporting and analysis of key campaign activity<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the day-to-day running of Social Media pages, posting relevant and timely content on a daily basis<\/li>\n<li>Uploading and optimising daily content on Site Manager including blog posts, , tags, related posts and competition terms<\/li>\n<li>Idea generation supporting weekly trade messages and marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Management of intern process and resource<\/li>\n<li>Out-of-hours posting on mornings, evenings and weekends where required<\/li>\n<li>Monitor social media sentiment across networks to ensure positive brand tracking<\/li>\n<li>Track owned social media performance and that of our key competitors weekly<\/li>\n<li>Report, track and measure all activity in with performance metrics and benchmarks<\/li>\n<li>Work alongside Creative and Web Studio to create original social content e.g. video\/gifs\/images.<\/li>\n<li>Attend departmental meetings<\/li>\n<li>Help the Social Media Manager to plan and develop social media campaigns and strategies<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling and posting content across social media channels<\/li>\n<li>Monitor social channels and respond appropriately to customer questions and complaints<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on how our clients social media channels and campaigns are performing<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the Content, Creative &amp; E-commerce teams to secure Marketing content is featured on respective LP\/ HP\/ Email where possible<\/li>\n<li>Develop and oversee an engaging creative tone of voice for social channels<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with senior stakeholders across a multitude of departments, managing expectations and protecting social strategy<\/li>\n<li>Driving social acquisition to achieve revenue targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills &amp; Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of one year\u2019s experience in a similar role or relevant degree<\/li>\n<li>Proven knowledge and experience of social media channels and management platforms<\/li>\n<li>Experience in setting up, communicating and managing organic and paid social media communities, including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google+ and Instagram<\/li>\n<li>Experience of generating insight from social media tools to improve marketing effectiveness, innovation and proposition development<\/li>\n<li>Any professional marketing\/social media qualifications would be advantageous.<\/li>\n<li>Experience using Photoshop and video editing tools (eg. Final Cut) would be a significant advantage<\/li>\n<li>Ability to think creatively<\/li>\n<li>Self motivated and proactive<\/li>\n<li>Creative thinker with an understanding of marketing discipline<\/li>\n<li>Digital industry knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Excellent creative writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Good time management skills with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise tasks under pressure to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Be a team player, understanding priorities and work load of other departments<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and networking skills at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Self motivated and proactive<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to integrate digital and social media into campaign activity<\/li>\n<li>Although this is a Social Media role, you will not necessarily need to have previous social media experience, Considerations will be given to someone who has a passion for Social Media and can show samples of their own efforts, such as blogs or channels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@sparkandlights.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>info@sparkandlights.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>31st August, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spark &amp;
