{"id":41025,"date":"2017-08-16T16:11:23","date_gmt":"2017-08-16T15:11:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=41025"},"modified":"2017-08-16T16:11:23","modified_gmt":"2017-08-16T15:11:23","slug":"yes-africa-global-resources-company-positions-available-graduates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/yes-africa-global-resources-company-positions-available-graduates.html","title":{"rendered":"Yes-Africa Global Resources Company Positions Available for Graduates"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yes-Africa Global Resources Company, we are a global empowerment company committed to helping people take control of their personal and organizational goals.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Graduate Human Resource Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.<\/li>\n<li>Complete human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:olujide.mayowa@yesafricaglobalresources.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>olujide.mayowa@yesafricaglobalresources.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th September, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yes-Africa Global Resources Company, we are a global empowerment company committed to helping people take control of their personal and organizational goals.
