We operate the structure much like a startup itself where the country holding core team is the \u201cfounder &amp; entrepreneur\u201d. The Seedstars global infrastructure and know-how (network, funding, hr, technology team, etc) is fed down into the country holding to build and invest in tech companiesWe are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Account Officer<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Daily Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To compile and maintain revenue &amp; overhead statements as well as reconciling such statements with respective ledgers<\/li>\n<li>To prepare weekly finance report for management usage<\/li>\n<li>Assists in monthly tax filings within the statutory periods<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of proper accounting books and records<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper accounting records filing system<\/li>\n<li>Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager\/Finance manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<br \/>\n<\/strong>Your profile:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Management, Accounting or any Finance related course.<\/li>\n<li>A professional certifications e.g.Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) or Association of Certified and Chartered Accountants (ACCA) will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>You have minimum 2 years of relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>You are a good communication (speaking and writing)<\/li>\n<li>You are proficient in the use of MS Office, Spreadsheets, accounting software(Xero) and databases<\/li>\n<li>You have the ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports<\/li>\n<li>You have high attention to detail and excellent analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>You display awareness of the need for confidentiality in sensitive matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/jobs.seedstars.com\/apply\/job_20170816134915_CM8JWAQ1V9VVV7GT\/Seedstars-Nigeria-Account-Officer?source=LILI#2aQsQsN7ed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seedstars is a global organization with headquarters in Switzerland and a presence in 60+ emerging markets.
