He has an extensive background in the international Real Estate Industry for both Residential and commercial real estate.<\/p>\n<p>LOCKE HOMES LIMITED focuses on the need to create value through the provision of quality housing delivery.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Site Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand contract language and be capable of reconciling minor disputes relevant to the contract.<\/li>\n<li>Be competent in the evaluation of work scope, resource allocation, and scheduling with the ability to convey such within the client\u2019s responsible department.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for the oversight of all construction, administration, and operational activities with minimal assistance from the client\u2019s agent.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate, direct, and maintain contacts with contractors, vendors, and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Strive to identify engineering and operational deficiencies with the goal to recommend improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Have working knowledge of corporation\u2019s construction standards and be able to enforce those standards in the construction environment.<\/li>\n<li>Have a working knowledge of clients\u2019 departmental policies and objectives, including any applicable governmental and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the preparation of schedules, records, and work status with the ability to evaluate work progress for payment purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations to improve performance and cost effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This position shall possess a minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) with zero (0) years\u2019 experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should forward their CVs to<a href=\"mailto:Loolu04@yahoo.com\"><strong>\u00a0Loolu04@yahoo.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>4th September, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LOCKE HOMES LIMITED is a Real Estate Development Company with pride in the quality of the investment opportunities we present and the management service that we provide.
