Today, Tech Mahindra is the largest independent, technology agnostic services company offering comprehensive services spanning the entire network life-cycle.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0BO Engineer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all agreed contractual and non contractual performance KPI\u2019s are reported and delivered as per the HU Business model.<\/li>\n<li>Setup up and ensure conducting Weekly governance management setup with customer and addressing all issues in issue log as per Agreed timelines<\/li>\n<li>Procatively making improvement \/ Handling plans for:\n<ul>\n<li>All KPI\u2019s not meeting the SLA\/WLA\u2019s ,<\/li>\n<li>Handling of special events ,<\/li>\n<li>Regulatory performance and guideline adhearence.<\/li>\n<li>Network Security implementation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Daily monitoring of the networks<\/li>\n<li>Taking corrective action accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure standardisation of processes and cganges as agreed with the customer incorporated, educated and complied to by circle and NOC teams<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support to circle for TX related issues from Customer and NOC Sharing findings of other circle issues.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate with TAC for the resolution of circle issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure preventive maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Checking repeated outages.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of audit tracker<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to circle team and ensure getting timely KPI outage, SLA and site signoff.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Spare parts availability through customer and SPMS department in circles.<\/li>\n<li>Formulate the competence development guideline for the MS Radio Ops delivery X.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/380995371?trkInfo=searchKeywordString%3A%2CsearchLocationString%3A%252C%2B%2Cvertical%3Ajobs%2CpageNum%3A3%2Cposition%3A19%2CMSRPsearchId%3A634e608a-618a-411c-a617-e50bb9f4d63f&amp;refId=634e608a-618a-411c-a617-e50bb9f4d63f&amp;trk=jobs_jserp_job_listing_text\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lightbridge Communications Corporation (LCC), is a Tech Mahindra Company.
