And we do it with a great pleasure.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Procurement Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized procurement officer to oversee purchases and develop new contracts. In this position, you will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our organization.<\/li>\n<li>You will follow procurement procedures; maintain an updated list of inventory and incoming purchases and supplies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing<\/li>\n<li>Review and analyze all vendors\/suppliers, supply, and price options<\/li>\n<li>Develops plans for purchasing equipment, services and supplies<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts<\/li>\n<li>ensure that the products and supplies are high quality<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain good relationships with vendors\/suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain inventory of all incoming and current supplies<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development<\/li>\n<li>Working with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions<\/li>\n<li>Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Accurate and precise attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Two (2) years previous experience as procurement officer or related position<\/li>\n<li>Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Especially Excel (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels<\/li>\n<li>Goal-oriented, organized team player<\/li>\n<li>This role is for immediate employment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@sunnetsystems.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@sunnetsystems.net<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>1st September, 2017<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sunnet Systems is an Information and Communications Technology company established to deliver world class information technology infrastructure, solution design and implementation, first class systems support and service delivery level that&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10164,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[57],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
