Reference:<\/strong>\u00a01310<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Industry:<\/strong>\u00a0FMCG<br \/>\n<strong>Function:<\/strong>\u00a0HRM<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead development of Organization\u2019s capability to achieve sustainable business results through people while maintaining the right cultural and team Environment.<\/li>\n<li>Specifically Design long term organization develop strategy &amp; Implement\/sustain measures.<\/li>\n<li>Deploy best HR Practice Tools and processes, especially PMP, hiring (local+expat) and retention, succession planning.<\/li>\n<li>Identify high potential (sparks) in the system and lead their nurturing and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Effective Basics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess and Update employee policies.<\/li>\n<li>On-time, accurate and automated administration to meet employee needs and legal compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure people are hired, on-boarded, given feedback and developed in a timely fashion.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective labor relations.<\/li>\n<li>Execute PMP on time and link reward to performance<\/li>\n<li>Coach and Support regional HR Team and share bpt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Front Line Champion:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as trusted people champion ensuring all team members are treated fairly and respected.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate a positive, productive &amp; safe work environment\u2026an exciting\/rewarding place to work.<\/li>\n<li>Foster trust and teamwork within the company.<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching, monitoring, direction and leadership support to team members.<\/li>\n<li>Credible advocate for company values.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Change Leadership:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, Execute and sustain HR plans, staffing needs, training and development plans, reward schemes and best practices, including PMP<\/li>\n<li>Participate actively in Expat assessment, development and recruitment<\/li>\n<li>Align performance objectives with AOP.<\/li>\n<li>Deploy 360 development process to focus on development of key talent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Control Orientation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out roles and responsibilities of a \u201cProcess Owner\u201d for the \u201cHR &amp; Payroll Process\u201d and evaluate effectiveness of internal controls to ensure achievement of process objectives and prevent\/detect fraud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Expectations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior managerial role in HR<\/li>\n<li>Exposure in the following areas of HR (Personnel administration, Staffing\/Resourcing, Organizational capability, Training and development, Compensation and Benefit and Employee Relations)<\/li>\n<li>Functional Knowledge of Recruitment, Psychometrics and Assessment Centre\u2019s, C&amp;B and Payroll Management, Training and Development, HR Systems, and Employee Relations.<\/li>\n<li>Must work effectively with across all management levels to influence, coach and support.<\/li>\n<li>High integrity standards \u2013 prepared and to stand up for what is right for the business and employees.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates employee advocacy \u2013 management counseling<\/li>\n<li>Has experience as change agent (especially implementing and sustaining large scale changes)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage diverse and complex environments effectively with both senior management and frontline employees and priorities to HR agenda<\/li>\n<li>Multi-cultural exposure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Offer<\/strong><br \/>\nVery attractive
