maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.<\/li>\n<li>Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.<\/li>\n<li>Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed .<\/li>\n<li>Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/B.Sc in any related discipline, M.Sc is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and adherence to satisfy rules and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good administrative standards.<\/li>\n<li>Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.<\/li>\n<li>Committed to delivering a timely and professional service to clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Service Representative<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.<\/li>\n<li>Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer\u2019s complaint;
