Due to our expansion and determination to offer uncompromising quality service to our customers we are looking for motivated young smart team members who can join us to continue to create value for the customers, themselves and also the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Customer Service Representative and Operations Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Type;<\/strong> Part-Time<br \/>\n<strong>Location;<\/strong> Ogba Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Field;<\/strong> Operations\/Customer Care<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type<\/strong>: Contract<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will be the first point of contact with customers on the phone.<\/li>\n<li>Receive and resolve customer\u2019s complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Educate customers about our products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to SMS and Whatsapp communications with customers.<\/li>\n<li>Be friendly at all times when attending to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Work on rotational shift cycles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good command of English language; spoken and written<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with touchscreen phones (Android &amp; Windows)<\/li>\n<li>Friendly outgoing personality<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical instincts and attention to details.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Lives close to Ogba, Lagos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification<\/strong><br \/>\nSSCE\/Open University Student\/ Distant Learning Students.
