That\u2019s iflix.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Customer Engagement Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your role will be a hybrid one part Customer Service and part Communications Associate which caters to users on both a personal level and in a broader, more public sense i.e. on Social Media.<\/li>\n<li>You will be communicating with people across all channels so you must love to phone and email, use chat messaging and go crazy on social media.<\/li>\n<li>People need to know we\u2019re available whenever they need us, so you\u2019ll be replying and interacting with users on Twitter and Facebook on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t like iflix, it doesn\u2019t go with my outfit, EXPLAIN YOURSELF!\u201d So, how would you respond to this? If you know EXACTLY what to say (with empathy and always with a touch of humour!) read on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide consistent, superior support to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources (even if that \u2018tool\u2019 is the customer him\/herself)<\/li>\n<li>Manage and monitor fan interactions in a timely manner with an attitude that\u2019s distinctively iflix. We want someone who\u2019s fun, someone who is a raconteur at heart \u2013 a person that can tell stories in a cool, iflix way<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate the desire and initiative to continue learning new and relevant product and technical information as iflix evolves into a force to be reckoned with.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate flawless communication skills be it verbal, and most importantly\u2026 WRITTEN. We\u2019re looking for someone who can interact with users and tend to their every query and demand.<\/li>\n<li>Happy to work weekends and evenings.<\/li>\n<li>Relationships are important to us, so having very good people skills is non-negotiable.<\/li>\n<li>You must be familiar with the online landscape, so you can provide technical solutions and use digital tools to the best of your ability. If you\u2019re reading this, it\u2019s a pretty good indication that you\u2019re comfortable with the Interwebz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/jobs.jobvite.com\/iflix\/job\/oVAA5fwU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Marketing Executive, West Africa<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The iflix Marketing Executive must be a jack of all trades and willing to jump into all aspects of the business as needed.<\/li>\n<li>The Marketing Executive will contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns in West Africa, specifically Ghana and Nigeria and will report directly to the Marketing Manager, West Africa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nWe like to look beyond job description but these are the kind of things that you can expect to be involved with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations<\/li>\n<li>Writing and proofreading copy<\/li>\n<li>Conducting market research using customer questionnaires and focus groups<\/li>\n<li>Contributing to and developing, marketing plans and strategies<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;<\/li>\n<li>Sourcing advertising and other marketing opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Managing the production of marketing materials, including but not limited to leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, merchandise<\/li>\n<li>Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and updating press databases<\/li>\n<li>Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions where necessary;<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring competitor activity for both countries<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nWe want you if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have 3-5 years\u2019 experience in marketing<\/li>\n<li>You have the ability to maintain existing local contacts with regards to vendors as well as create new contacts.<\/li>\n<li>You possess good understanding of Nigerian and Ghanaian market landscapes, industry and consumer trends.<\/li>\n<li>You have ability to strategise and execute at the same time, using resources available<\/li>\n<li>You have brilliant communication skills and ability to collaborate with a wide variety of colleagues in various departments<\/li>\n<li>You can maintain a balance of taking direction whilst also pushing boundaries to get iflix\u2019s brand the recognition it deserves.<\/li>\n<li>If you want to be part of something huge, WE WANT YOU!
