{"id":41877,"date":"2017-09-07T11:16:32","date_gmt":"2017-09-07T10:16:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=41877"},"modified":"2017-09-07T11:36:59","modified_gmt":"2017-09-07T10:36:59","slug":"federal-inland-revenue-service-new-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/federal-inland-revenue-service-new-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"Federal Inland Revenue Service New Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Federal Inland Revenue Service as part of its consolidation strategies, wish to engage the services of early starters with integrity, drive and desire to win professionally, to strengthen its workforce.<br \/>\nApplications are invited from suitably qualified candidates\/firms to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Consultant \u2013 Peer Review Analysis on the FIRS Corporate Headquarters Revised Cost -to- Complete Estimate<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Detailed Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) wishes to draw the attention of the general public to its advertisement for expression of interest for \u201cThe Engagement of Consultant to Conduct Peer Review Analysis on the FIRS Corporate Headquarters Revised Cost -to- Complete Estimate\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Criteria (Weighted)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This Procurement notice is strictly for Quantity Surveying firms.<\/li>\n<li>The company should be a registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS), with not less than 25 years\u2019 post registration experience, and should be financially up to date with the institute (providing supporting documentation)<\/li>\n<li>Size of company, number of staff must be provided (Attach relevant documentary proofs), Quantity Surveyors to be used for the project are to have minimum of eight years\u2019 post-registration experience (NIQS and QSRBN).<\/li>\n<li>The company should have handled at least three verifiable projects of similar magnitude with total contract sum of not less than N 10 billion within the last 5 years, one of which must have a contract value of not less than N40 billion (Attach letter of award, completion certificate or interim payment valuation as evidence)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates\/firms should submit their Tenders (Hand delivered) accompanied by a forwarding letter on company\u2019s letterhead, showing registration number as issued by CAC, contact telephone numbers, valid email address, official company address and names and nationalities of the Directors of the company at the bottom of the page to:<br \/>\n<strong>The Director,<br \/>\nProcurement Department,<br \/>\nFederal Inland Revenue Service,<br \/>\nRevenue House (Annex III),<br \/>\nSokode Crescent,<br \/>\nOff Michael Okpara Street,<br \/>\nWuse Zone 5,<br \/>\nAbuja.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nNote<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each tender shall be submitted in a sealed envelope indicating the project name, appropriately marked \u201cEngagement of Consultant to Conduct Peer Review Analysis on the FIRS Corporate Headquarters Revised Cost -to- Complete Estimate\u201d and on the reverse side of the envelope, the name and the address of the company.
