Represent the Company to meet contractual requirements. Understand and require contractors to meet all applicable environmental and safety standards.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, coordinate and actively participate in meetings with potential suppliers, contractors and user groups.<\/li>\n<li>Lead or assist with price negotiations, terms and conditions resolution and quality requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of and evaluate current market conditions and develop new sources of supply as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and monitor the procurement function in the Bucharest office, including selection, training, motivating and appraising assigned team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification or Certification required (if applicable):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in relevant field required.MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Must have the ability to adapt to changing job priorities and goals and a good basic knowledge of Computer.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to travel to other part of the nation<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 \u2013 5 years\u2019 relevant purchasing and logistics experience<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience with large purchase orders and contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a leader, good communicator and practice effective interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a good negotiator to act as intermediary between suppliers and user groups.<\/li>\n<li>Must be analytical, organized and efficient.<\/li>\n<li>Must be self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Financial Accountant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Principal Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all transactions are suitably approved, enacted and accounted for;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure financial accounting records comply with accounting standards and meet group and statutory reporting requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure statutory accounts are produced and audited on a timely basis;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver papers for senior stakeholders in relation to Board Committees on matters arising in central accounting;<\/li>\n<li>Develop the more junior members of the team and look for wider opportunities to streamline tasks, accounting systems and improve efficiency;<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential opportunities to offshore certain existing processes and lead the implementation of the team, processes and controls in the offshore team.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with the senior manager in executing and delivering the transformation programme for the central accounting function.<\/li>\n<li>Effective risk and issue management, enabling early identification and appropriate resolution or mitigation action;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all transactions are suitably approved, enacted and accounted for;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure financial accounting records comply with accounting standards and meet group and statutory reporting requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure statutory accounts are produced and audited on a timely basis;<\/li>\n<li>Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.<\/li>\n<li>Documents financial transactions by entering account information.<\/li>\n<li>Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.<\/li>\n<li>Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.<\/li>\n<li>Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competences Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree and relevant professional qualification required<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 \u2013 5 years working experience<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of managing significant financial accounting \/ reporting deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Financial reporting and accounting experience is essential<\/li>\n<li>Experience in process and controls improvement is highly desirable<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of notable accounting systems<\/li>\n<li>Able to work effectively across all levels of the business, including across departmental lines and experience in managing junior staff onshore and offshore<\/li>\n<li>Strong reporting writing skills and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to prioritize and balance workloads to meet tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Internal or external audit experience (manager level, consultancy experience) or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Business Development and Marketing Executives<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos, Port Harcourt<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Producing various internal communications<\/li>\n<li>Managing sign off of marketing documentation before final print<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a library of marketing publications and biographies<\/li>\n<li>Manage stock of promotional items as well as sourcing ad hoc items<\/li>\n<li>Track and circulate press cuttings and other PR activity<\/li>\n<li>Add content to the website and intranet such as brochures, press releases and seminar information<\/li>\n<li>Assist in delivery of events and seminars<\/li>\n<li>Manage and track website enquiries, being the first point of call for any enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Ensure stocks of collateral are maintained in all offices and displayed as required, liaising with receptionists and BD\/Marketing colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and negotiate effectively with third party suppliers for the printing of brochures, proposals, newsletters, seminar material and ad hoc publications<\/li>\n<li>Manage bespoke printed stationery firm wide<\/li>\n<li>Oversee new and lost client reporting, producing regular and ad-hoc reports<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining library of Corporate Finance deals<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that correct branding is used at all times<\/li>\n<li>Conducting research on companies, individuals and organisations<\/li>\n<li>Able to effectively prioritise workload<\/li>\n<li>Experience trouble shooting and solving difficult and sometimes technical problems<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy imperative<\/li>\n<li>A can-do attitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills, Knowledge &amp;
