Our services range from Digital oil field and Hydrocarbon Allocation software solutions to field engineering services such as Wireline and slickline services.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Petroleum Engineer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\nReporting to the Technical Manager.<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing technical advice and support to clients on all aspects of petroleum engineering (production, reservoir, process, real time systems and research).<\/li>\n<li>Conducting engineering data processing and analysis, and integrated asset modelling<\/li>\n<li>Training clients\u2019 personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Able to exercise a notable amount of personal initiative and pro-active commercial approach to developing the company\u2019s business.<\/li>\n<li>The role is suited to engineers with hands on experience of using Petex IPM software and\/ or who wish to develop their engineering knowledge whilst pursuing an exciting and challenging technical and business career.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive travel required.<\/li>\n<li>Petex Software deployment in major international oil and gas companies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Physical Science or Mathematics with minimum of 2.1 grade (or equivalent)<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics (or equivalent) is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Not more than 27 years old by 31st December 2017<\/li>\n<li>Practical experience in an E&amp;P company including:\n<ul>\n<li>Modelling<\/li>\n<li>Field development planning<\/li>\n<li>Field studies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Initiative and creativity essential<\/li>\n<li>Used to operating in deadline driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Hydrocarbon Accounting Software Analyst<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Configure the Hydrocarbon Accounting System to meet clients\u2019 specifications and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Build allocation rules in the system based on documentation from asset team<\/li>\n<li>Review and update of relevant asset documentation during workshop and system configuration<\/li>\n<li>Train &amp; provide post implementation support in-line to our clients on the hydrocarbon allocation software<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Deployment Coordinator on scripting and testing required for deployments into shared hosting<\/li>\n<li>Conform to and use Global Templates and adoption of best practices and lessons learned across projects<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with oil &amp; gas clients to determine and recommend production\/hydrocarbon software application requirements during discovery meetings<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Test Manager on the testing track for the configured Hydrocarbon Accounting System<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that architecture blueprints are maintained to properly reflect the as-built condition<\/li>\n<li>Create data migration plans and scripts under supervision of the asset leads<\/li>\n<li>Support sales presentations and demonstrations of the hydrocarbon application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills\/Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in any relevant Engineering courses, Physical Science or Mathematics with minimum of 2.1<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Engineering is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Creating and administering databases using Microsoft SQL Server;<\/li>\n<li>Writing SQL queries to extract data from Microsoft SQL Server databases<\/li>\n<li>Creating and maintaining spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Creating report templates using Microsoft SQL Reporting Server<\/li>\n<li>Not more than 27 years old by 31st December 2017<\/li>\n<li>Upstream Oil &amp; Gas domain experience<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the Hydrocarbon Management business process from the reservoir through operations to export.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:humanresources@accreteltd.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>humanresources@accreteltd.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the job title that you are applying for as the subject of the mail, e.g \u201cPetroleum Engineer\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>22nd September, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Accrete Petroleum Limited \u2013 We are a petroleum engineering consultancy that provides fit for purpose technical solutions to address numerous production objectives.
