We provide travel solutions for all your personal and business travel needs; from travel consultations to ticketing and reservations, tours and transfer to consular services, our main goal is to satisfy all your travel needs, we sell the world to you.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Debt Recovery Agents<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep track of payment status of assigned accounts and identify outstanding debts<\/li>\n<li>Contact clients with overdue debts and negotiate the best payment arrangement<\/li>\n<li>Builds and maintains close links with all clients, to ensure timely recovery of debt and smooth running of accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Review and Prepare debt reminder letters, demand letters, settlement letters, agreement policies and other necessary documents for clients with outstanding payments<\/li>\n<li>Maintain up to date records and contact information of all clients.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reconciliation statement of all debt payments, update debt receivables and Prepare debtor ageing analysis<\/li>\n<li>Meet Monthly debt recovery goals as assigned by the management.<\/li>\n<li>Present weekly and monthly report of all debt transactions to the management.<\/li>\n<li>Determine a plan of action to recover all outstanding debts while adhering to the company\u2019s debt regulations<\/li>\n<li>Following up with clients via calls, emails and visits to ensure debt recovery and strict adherence to payment agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve all questions, queries and discrepancies relating to outstanding debts.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with sales and finance team to resolve and recover all outstanding payments<\/li>\n<li>Constantly developing debt recovery strategies that would ensure effective and smooth debt recovery process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification\/ Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li id=\"quads-ad2\" class=\"quads-location quads-ad2\">B.Sc\/HND in Accounting or any related discipline<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of debt recovery laws and practices<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation skills with tact and professionalism<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship management and communication skills(written &amp; verbal)<\/li>\n<li>Proactive with good decision making skills<\/li>\n<li>Accuracy and attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Additional certifications would be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2years relevant experience with exposure on debt recovery<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@finchglowtravels.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@finchglowtravels.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0 using \u201cDebt Recovery Agent\u201d as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>15th September, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Finchglow Travels is a world class Travel Management Company.
