SAP applications and services enable customers to operate profitably, adapt continuously, and grow sustainably.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Solution Sales Executive \u2013 HCM<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Requisition ID:<\/strong>\u00a0153128<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Maitama, Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Work Area:<\/strong>\u00a0Sales<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong>\u00a0Regular Full Time<strong><br \/>\nPurpose and Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Specialist Solution Sales Executive bears responsibility for providing active revenue growth through the sales of HCM Solutions.<\/li>\n<li>As an HCM Sales Executive, you will be responsible as opportunity owner for development and execution of appropriate sales strategies for HCM solutions to ensure that Sales strategies to ensure that revenue targets are met.<\/li>\n<li>The Sales Executive will work with the broader specialist solutions team in the country and hub to generate pipeline within their assigned territory and also accelerate the pipeline to closure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Expectations and Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a plan to provide LOB HCM solution sales coverage across identified Territory \/accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Executes account strategy and generates product revenue as an individual contributor to ensure the achievement of revenue and overall pipeline generation targets.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct sales &amp; solution presentations for prospects &amp; customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Qualifications \/ Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>At least 5-8years\u2019 IT enterprise software solution sales, preferably in the area of HCM Line of Business Solutions selling to the CXO\u2019s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrates a passion for building and closing deals.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates the ability to work in matrix structured environment and a team player.<\/li>\n<li>A strong sales professional who is disciplined in ensuring forecast accuracy, diligent in accounts closure activities and consciously build a strong pipeline to over-achieve the sales target.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated an understanding of local enterprise business markets.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and demonstrated use of Miller Heiman or similar sales methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Consistent over-achievement of quotas.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable ability to work under pressure in a rapidly growing business environment.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively leverage the rest of the HCM team, including pre-sales in the country, consulting as well as the SAP Partner EcoSystem to work with the various direct and indirect account team in order to expand SAP HCM footprint.<\/li>\n<li>Strong track record of identifying problems and providing clear actionable solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Resourceful problem solver, and has worked in highly competitive market segments against the competition.<\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation &amp; negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains good relationships with SAP customers, which will be measured by their reference ability and customer satisfaction surveys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<br \/>\n<\/strong>Interested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.sap.com\/job\/Maitama%2C-Abuja-Solution-Sales-HCM-Job-LA\/344523501\/?feedId=118400&amp;utm_source=LinkedInJobPostings&amp;utm_campaign=SAP_Linkedin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SAP \u2013 As market leader in enterprise application software, SAP helps companies of all sizes and industries innovate through simplification.
