With professionals with over 10 years of experience in business administration; we take pride in delivering intelligent solutions and efficient services for our clients.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head of Operations<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Head of Operations will be required to lead, manage and drive performance of the company. You will be responsible for creating and executing operational strategy with further responsibilities including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure costs are maintained within forecast and flexed appropriately with volume and that efficiencies are evident and reinvested in service enhancements.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a world class service to our clients customers by continually challenging service levels to ensure the business is market leading.<\/li>\n<li>Set high standards, developing and implementing leading solutions; being part of the wider operational solution for the division.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the Operations Director at customer meetings and business development meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, motivate, empower and develop leaders to execute service excellence by ensuring people management plans, processes and systems are in place and appropriate procedures are followed.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and monitor the performance of the Team against agreed performance objectives; meeting regularly with the teams to include one to ones, appraisals, listening groups and team meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Head of Operations must live within Lekki \/Ajah Axis.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in operating in a Mid Operations role.<\/li>\n<li>Graduate level education or equivalent experience in Operations Management some of which must have been gained in a customer service delivery environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of operating Warehouse Management System and paper based solutions<\/li>\n<li>Ideally strong distribution management experience including operating a cold chain fleet, six sigma, lean management and batch control.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking and customer\/patient focus.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years\u2019 experience in a reputable firm or organization.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, particularly ability to grow, lead and motivate a large operations team and the ability to manage key customer relationship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@ivyheights.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>info@ivyheights.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ivy Heights \u2013 Do you need to outsource your human Resource function or just need professional services to deliver results on budget;
