below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head of Account\/Admin<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To efficiently manage all external contracts, and to ensure that all the Company\u2019s expenditure is correctly authorized and accounted for.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure the overall smooth running of the Company\u2019s internal administration and its cost effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>To manage, in conjunction with the General Director, staff contracts and HR matters.<\/li>\n<li>To manage personnel procedures in relation to recruitment, training, holidays and appraisals, ensuring these are properly documented, and advise on relevant policies.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that the Company\u2019s legal responsibilities are met, in particular that all necessary insurance is properly in place.<\/li>\n<li>To be responsible for the Company\u2019s IT resources, maintaining and reviewing the most appropriate and efficient systems.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting report<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company\u2019s automated financial systems<\/li>\n<li>Proper documentation of information and records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND or B.Sc in any related field and must be ICAN certified<\/li>\n<li>Accounting qualification and post-qualification experience<\/li>\n<li>Successful track record of managing operations and financial and management accounting<\/li>\n<li>Experience of managing IT resources<\/li>\n<li>Experience of managing staff and associated employment issues<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent advocacy, presentation and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Senior Technical Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical assistance on activities related to surveillance, mapping and size estimation<\/li>\n<li>Produce specifications and detailed schedules, obtain competitive tenders\/estimates for work, evaluate costing and advise the client<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring performance against Service Level Agreement targets, ensuring compliance, and reporting performance and progress to the CEO<\/li>\n<li>Maximise client satisfaction by promoting innovation, creativity and problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Determine the scope of work before commencement of a project<\/li>\n<li>Inspection of sub-contracted projects to ensure quality standard is met<\/li>\n<li>Determination of cost of deployment some solutions and products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification\/Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc or its equivalent in any relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>3-5yrs IT support experience.<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must be CCIE certified.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team, strong time management skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and assertive with a results orientation<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills (i.e. mobile technology (tablets\/smart phones), scientific\/ statistical software, basic knowledge of databases and information reporting tools, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales and Marketing Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Setting sales and marketing KPI\u2019s to manage activity within the team.<\/li>\n<li>Working with sales executives on approaches to building business.<\/li>\n<li>Training the sales team on sales techniques and giving advice.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the sales team update the CRM effectively with all appropriate data.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Sending marketing emails to customers via the CRM.<\/li>\n<li>Managing the company\u2019s social media accounts and posting relevant content.<\/li>\n<li>Arranging for the company to attend relevant industry events and conferences.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting on activities towards targets to the company directors.<\/li>\n<li>Researching potential target industries and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Attending meetings with customers alongside sales consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Putting together a content marketing strategy for the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND\/B.Sc. in a relevant field<\/li>\n<li>All round sales and marketing experience gained from a similar sized organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant industry experience ideally from a competitor.<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated with a genuine drive to
