{"id":42637,"date":"2017-09-25T12:04:45","date_gmt":"2017-09-25T11:04:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=42637"},"modified":"2017-09-25T12:04:45","modified_gmt":"2017-09-25T11:04:45","slug":"chlorophyll-energy-jobs-available-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/chlorophyll-energy-jobs-available-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"Chlorophyll Energy Jobs Available &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Chlorophyll Ventures (trading as Chlorophyll Energy) is an energy services and solutions provider that offers cutting-edge technology and strategic consulting for a sustainable energy sector.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Finance Officer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To provide financial and operational support to Management.<\/li>\n<li>To execute daily tasks responsibilities as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nEssential duties\/key job roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in annual budget preparation and management activities, and prepare weekly budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with financial policies to ensure operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Manage petty cash as well as maintain book keeping up-to-date.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers.<\/li>\n<li>Track investments and maintain relevant cash reserves.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare all financial statements, proposals, et cetera, as required.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure account receivables functions are performed accurately and timely. Prepare and submit all verification documents, client invoices via acceptable channels.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for hands-on administration and record updates on all payables activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the preparation of Balance Sheets (Statement of Financial Position), income statements, expense reports, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Perform finance analysis, reporting and management tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Review financial paperwork and procedures and make appropriate changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Expected Output:<br \/>\nKey outputs expected of the Finance Officer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weekly budget and financial report.<\/li>\n<li>Monthly financial report \/ analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Receivables and Payables tracker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc \/ HND Accounting or related<\/li>\n<li>Required Working Experience:<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 6months \u2013 1 year relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>Required Certification(s): ICAN, ACCA an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Attitude:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellence, integrity, creativity, team spirit, commitment, customer-centricity, empathy, safety consciousness.<\/li>\n<li>High technical proficiency in core accounting.<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of Credit control principles and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge &amp; experience of Bank Reconciliations.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work overtime.<\/li>\n<li>Highly analytical in problem solving with ability to apply original and innovative thinking.<\/li>\n<li>A high level of oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with senior managers, colleagues and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Conversance with financial \/ accounting regulations of state and federal laws.<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of service delivery work flow and business processes.<\/li>\n<li>To be flexible in approach and be comfortable with a fluid organizational structure that requires both team work and self-sufficiency as necessary, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@chlorophyll-solutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>info@chlorophyll-solutions.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>30th October, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chlorophyll Ventures (trading as Chlorophyll Energy) is an energy services and solutions provider that offers cutting-edge technology and strategic consulting for a sustainable energy sector.
