It is also targeted at identifying and celebrating businesses owned by Nigerians or largely dominated by Nigerians within the country and abroad. The concept which was born out of Socio-economic necessities in the year 2000 was envisioned by astute marketing communication professional and a strong believer in the Nigerian nation-state, Mr. Elkanah Mowarin.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Project Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.<\/li>\n<li>Secures information by completing data base backups.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Conserves executive\u2019s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.<\/li>\n<li>Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive\u2019s absence; speaking for the executive.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains stakeholder relationship confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in any Social Sciences course.<\/li>\n<li>Not less than 2 years Post-NYSC cognate experience.<\/li>\n<li>Must not exceed 35 years of age by December 2017.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Project Officer Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical Thinking Skills<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving Skills<\/li>\n<li>Multi-tasking<\/li>\n<li>Good Writing Skills<\/li>\n<li>Reporting Skills<\/li>\n<li>Script Writing<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office Skills<\/li>\n<li>Organization<\/li>\n<li>Time Management<\/li>\n<li>Travel Logistics<\/li>\n<li>Verbal Communication<\/li>\n<li>Must be a Team Player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s with Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@iamproudlynigerian.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>info@iamproudlynigerian.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the subject \u201cProject Officer\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Proudly Nigerian Campaign is an innovative stride geared towards locating, recognizing, supporting and celebrating Nigeria and Nigerians at home and in diaspora.
