Present on all five continents, our trademarks carry out all the logistics activities: air, sea and land transport agents, storage and distribution, industrial logistics, port and rail operations, security and quality control, broker in maritime chartering.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Country Head of Front Office \u2013 H\/F<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Reference No.:<\/strong>\u00a0NIGFOI-2720<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your main priority is to set national sales priorities aligned to regional sales strategy and build a team of Sales experts to grow footprint and recognition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sales Target and Marketing Strategy Definition:<\/li>\n<li>Define the overall Sales &amp; Marketing strategy of the entity with the aim to achieve the targets in the all strategic clusters: Key Accounts, Field Sales<\/li>\n<li>Define the marketing kits and action plan with the objective to achieve each sub-gross margin<\/li>\n<li>Define and own Country Gross Margin target (i.e Commercial Budget) in connection with the regional objectives and line with Country Managing Director expectations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sales Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Elaborate commercial plans of action and schedule of work<\/li>\n<li>Define and allocate portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Organize Sales Team<\/li>\n<li>Set up sales staff objectives<\/li>\n<li>Review Sales objectives thru weekly and monthly meetings<\/li>\n<li>Participate and supervise hiring of Sales candidates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Customer Sales Support:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Sales Support team organization<\/li>\n<li>Customer satisfaction evaluation (survey, customer complains)<\/li>\n<li>Customer relationship building with key clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Team Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up sales incentive scheme (commission) in line with financial objectives (Budget) and qualitative objectives (SL, Data quality within CRM,\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Performance assessment<\/li>\n<li>Team building<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>System Control and Compliance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise good use of CRM application and implement any Best Practices to ensure full Data Quality compliance.<\/li>\n<li>ISO compliance of sales activities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the efficient communication channel in sales team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Reporting:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate to management meeting<\/li>\n<li>Implement monthly business Flash report<\/li>\n<li>Budget report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a significant experience of minimum 10 years in sales.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication.<\/li>\n<li>Well organized\/team player.<\/li>\n<li>Analytics skills.<\/li>\n<li>English\/French<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/bollore-transports-logistics-recrute.talent-soft.com\/job\/job-country-head-of-front-office-h-f_2720.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bollore Transport Logistics (36000 pers) is the Division of Logistics and Marine Services of the Bollor\u00e9 Group.
