International Logistics Limited Vacancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Spectrum Forwarding &amp; International Logistics Limited, have been practicing Logistics business since year 2004 and was incorporated and registered in Nigeria on the 29th December, 2009 with Corporate Affair Commission.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Chief Operating Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supports the CEO in contributing to the business plan<\/li>\n<li>Manage service employees and train them in the latest leadership and technical skills so they can better serve our clients<\/li>\n<li>Has budget planning and management responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Manages all resources required for business, including technology and people.<\/li>\n<li>Presents new ideas and cash flow strategies to board of directors and other company officers<\/li>\n<li>Manages performance reviews and professional development plans for team<\/li>\n<li>Manages relationships with external resource providers<\/li>\n<li>Leads all tactical and strategic team meetings<\/li>\n<li>Owns market segmentation\/migration plan for business profitability<\/li>\n<li>Plans and executes all web, SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluates emerging technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Builds and executes social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Key Qualifications\/Skills:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/Bachelor\u2019s degree required.<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of hands on administrative support experience<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of using back-office systems<\/li>\n<li>A flexible, positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Able to perform each of the primary responsibilities satisfactorily.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently and produce quality work in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask with excellent time-management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Well organized and detail oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of operating standard office equipment<\/li>\n<li>ability to prioritize projects and strong problem solving skill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested candidates should send their applications via mail to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:info@spectrumnforwarding.com\">info@spectrumnforwarding.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:<\/strong>\u00a016\/10\/2017<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spectrum Forwarding &amp;
