We offer a great other fantastic options of domestic placements and services tailored specifically towards family and organizational needs and concerns.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head of Operation<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Eket, Akwa Ibom<br \/>\nJob Type: Full-time<br \/>\nSpecialization: Head of Operation<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the entire production process for cassava to garri processing<\/li>\n<li>Monitor budget performance and exercise strict compliance with SOP<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring of Budget performance<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of daily production reports<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the production is cost effective;<\/li>\n<li>Decide what resources are required;<\/li>\n<li>Draft a timescale for the job;<\/li>\n<li>Estimate costs and set the quality standards;<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, store<\/li>\n<li>Work with managers to implement the company\u2019s policies and goals;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and motivate a team of workers;<\/li>\n<li>Review worker performance;<\/li>\n<li>Identify training needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/B.Sc in Food Science\/Technology, Industrial Chemistry or any other Pure Science disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food and Beverage especially dairy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nN553,000 \u2013 N600,000 \/ Per Annum Pensionable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Accounting \/ Audit \/ Tax Officer<br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Eket \u2013 Akwa Ibom<br \/>\nJob Type: Full-time<br \/>\nSpecialization: Accounting \/ Audit \/ Tax<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all financial records are kept accurately and securely and in line with legislative requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely payment of creditors and invoicing of debtors.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and follow the debtor management process.<\/li>\n<li>Responsibility for payroll, pension and tax contribution payments, in conjunction with the Pension Advisor<\/li>\n<li>Administer the bank accounts and carry out bank reconciliations on all company bank accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the first point of contact for the auditors and communicate with them to ensure all questions can be answered efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Analysis of business performance including benchmarking and making recommendations for improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, develop and analyze key financial information to ensure that the organizations management makes well informed decisions to ensure future stability, growth and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Aiding managerial planning &amp; commercial decision making by providing appropriate financial information promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Orderly execution of the annual budget cycle with provision of approved annual budget<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the process of cost estimation is scientific, reliable and consistently applied<\/li>\n<li>Assist other functional units within the Finance team in carrying out jobs as and when required by Management.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Procurement, Store and Field Management to assure proper inventory control and accounting practices.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Company budgeting process with Account Analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.<\/li>\n<li>Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.<\/li>\n<li>Support and coordinate all internal and external audits by providing any relevant information and support.<\/li>\n<li>Provide budget versus actual expenditure reports for review on a monthly basis and highlight any adverse variances.<\/li>\n<li>Individual reviews requests from staff and process anti monitor spending by reviewing all supporting documents, work with Finance Assistant to perform ad hoc cash counts for petty cash.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good grasp of costing &amp; Manufacturing Management Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Accounting &amp; Microsoft Office Tools<\/li>\n<li>The individual must be a PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.<\/li>\n<li>The individual must have at least basic experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong Interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.<\/li>\n<li>A good first Degree in Accounting \/ Finance or any of the Social \/ Management Sciences or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Financial analysis<\/li>\n<li>Balance sheet management skill<\/li>\n<li>P\/C productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nN665,000 \u2013 N720,000 \/ Per Annum Pensionable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Administrative Manager<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Eket \u2013 Akwa Ibom<br \/>\nJob Type: Full-time<br \/>\nJob Level: Experienced (Manager)<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees;
