{"id":43010,"date":"2017-10-04T11:30:52","date_gmt":"2017-10-04T10:30:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=43010"},"modified":"2017-10-04T11:30:52","modified_gmt":"2017-10-04T10:30:52","slug":"jbex-global-engineering-limited-graduate-job-openings-2-positions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/jbex-global-engineering-limited-graduate-job-openings-2-positions.html","title":{"rendered":"Jbex Global Engineering Limited Graduate Job Openings [2 Positions]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jbex Global Engineering Limited owners of Jbex solar, an EPC company that is active in the planning and implementation of alternative systems.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Front Desk\/Customer Relation Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Rivers<strong><br \/>\nDuties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grant access to building by appropriate implementation of Visitor Policy.<\/li>\n<li>Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages, provide information, and make referrals, and direct calls to staff members.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a safe environment by monitoring security system and emergency pull cord system, using good judgment in contacting<\/li>\n<li>Appropriate personnel as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate information regarding application procedures, waiting lists, vacancies and qualifications to both callers and walk-in clients.<\/li>\n<li>Notify appropriate supervisor and\/or manager of any critical incidents or emergencies.<\/li>\n<li>Route incoming paperwork to appropriate staff members.<\/li>\n<li>Assist other departments with miscellaneous items.<\/li>\n<li>Provide monthly reports.<\/li>\n<li>Attend Management\/ Services staff meetings and agency staff meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in agency activities and committees as needed or desired.<\/li>\n<li>Provide assistance to residents requesting work orders or other forms as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely referral to the staff for appointments or other assistance.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a professional and personable demeanor.<\/li>\n<li>Update and maintain client information and program tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Accurately document all activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An HND or Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/li>\n<li>General office clerical and computer skills required.<\/li>\n<li>Because of the nature of this work, position requires someone pleasant, personable, and patient and having a desire to be of assistance.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work with minimum day to day supervision.<\/li>\n<li>OND Degree Holders would also be considered if they have some experience in the field.<\/li>\n<li>Able to communicate well in English both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to multi-task.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under stressful conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Marketing Executive<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Rivers<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Negotiate and win sales for the organization thereby contributing towards the achievement of team and departmental targets.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with organizations and individuals, for the purpose of creating and strengthening business alliances that complement company\u2019s core competencies<\/li>\n<li>Participate in sales presentations aimed at pitching for business across locations as required in the sales\/marketing plan.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare proposals and quotations for investment opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and network with the purpose of engaging a prospective client and increase the organization\u2019s bottom line.<\/li>\n<li>Actively seek out new sales opportunities through physical visit, cold calling, and networking and through the use of social media platforms and filed marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Target key accounts potential for the company; implements all sales action.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, develop and implement effective marketing communication drive.<\/li>\n<li>Sells the organizations products &amp; services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and converting them to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Identify service &amp;
