Developing the potential within our people. to improve business practices, unleash creativity and enhance industrial productivity.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Security Operations Center Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Key Responsibilities &amp; Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyses and assesses damage to the data\/infrastructure as a result of security incidents.<\/li>\n<li>Manage cybersecurity analyst team \u2013 Provide first line supervision to direct reports.<\/li>\n<li>Lead team in next-generation firewall (NGFW), Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) and SIEM management, maintaining and improving organization defensive controls.<\/li>\n<li>Lead staff in proactive change management for defensive controls and maintaining an effective defense for clients over time.<\/li>\n<li>Lead staff to proactively identify, prevent and respond to security incidents.<\/li>\n<li>Foster relationships with industry partners and customers to ensure monitoring compliance and smooth incident response.<\/li>\n<li>Manage team efforts to monitor for security events and provide first and final escalation analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other relevant degree;<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of Information Security \/ Cybersecurity experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@raldsandagate.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@raldsandagate.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>9th October, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ralds &amp; Agate is a Business Management Consulting firm focused on providing People and Process related solutions to businesses, communities and organizations within and outside Africa.
