{"id":43221,"date":"2017-10-09T12:44:13","date_gmt":"2017-10-09T11:44:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=43221"},"modified":"2017-10-09T12:46:54","modified_gmt":"2017-10-09T11:46:54","slug":"yes-africa-global-resources-company-new-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/yes-africa-global-resources-company-new-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Yes-Africa Global Resources Company New Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yes-Africa Global Resources Company, we are a global empowerment company committed to helping people take control of their personal and organizational goals.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0IT Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.<\/li>\n<li>Support the warehouse supervisors with additional information from the database.<\/li>\n<li>Participating in defining future processes and translating into functional requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Categorize issues and escalate where necessary to the appropriate next level.<\/li>\n<li>Provide solutions for equipment failures like scanners, printers.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare system and performance tests.<\/li>\n<li>Repairing equipment and replacing parts.<\/li>\n<li>Supervising junior engineering and technical staff.<\/li>\n<li>Agreeing timescales.<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings.<\/li>\n<li>Checking computer equipment for electrical safety.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining records of software licences.<\/li>\n<li>Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor installation of software delivery notes and test bug fixes.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.<\/li>\n<li>Talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems.<\/li>\n<li>Responding to breakdowns.<\/li>\n<li>Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology and any other related field.<\/li>\n<li>At least 1-3 years\u2019 experience in an IT support role.<\/li>\n<li>A recognised IT certification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical skills.<\/li>\n<li>A meticulous and methodical nature.<\/li>\n<li>A logical mind.<\/li>\n<li>Capable of working well under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiasm to be continually learning.<\/li>\n<li>Organisational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Patience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:olujide.mayowa@yesafricaglobalresources.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>olujide.mayowa@yesafricaglobalresources.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>30th October, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yes-Africa Global Resources Company, we are a global empowerment company committed to helping people take control of their personal and organizational goals.
