Officer<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Authenticate documentation presented for all credit applications and ensure they meet the KYC requirements and any other requirements as required by the regulators.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with the Company\u2019s Credit policy, procedures and service level agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse financial data regarding loan requests for new, renewal and existing loans, including data provided by credit bureaus and other financial institutions files.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares spread sheets, reports, summaries and opinions for financial institutions officers on new, renewal and existing loans.<\/li>\n<li>Make recommendations for credit rating.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for identifying cross-selling opportunities and to refer such opportunities and leads to the Marketing Department.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the Restructuring of debts in the interest of the company and customer.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks to locate prospects for credit products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates must be SSCE\/OND Holders<\/li>\n<li>Must possess minimum of 2 years microfinance experience<\/li>\n<li>Group loan experience is compulsory<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be result-oriented.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head, Marketing<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive Marketing governance by providing guidance and support to all Marketing teams<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all Marketing activities adhere to Verite processes and procedures relating to the mitigation of financial and operational risk, and are compliant with local regulations and codes of practice<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate a passion for the delivery of sales and service that exceeds the expectations of the customer.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve agreed sales targets compliantly and within set timescales<\/li>\n<li>Take proactive corrective measures, when required, to ensure that personal performance is in line with individual targets.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Bank\u2019s assets and liability products and a working knowledge of competitor products<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a strong and positive working relationship with colleagues across the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate and deliver presentations, seminars, briefings to individuals and groups in the target market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND and or equivalent in Business related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Female preferable<\/li>\n<li>She must have worked in the financial sector in similar capacity for at least 2 years.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of helping sales team to achieve set target<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of delivering compliant sales against target through self-generation of leads and referrals \u2013 an Achiever<\/li>\n<li>Excellent networking and customer relationship management skills<\/li>\n<li>Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be passionate about service quality.<\/li>\n<li>Key qualities of Self-motivation, persistence and follow up<\/li>\n<li>Organised and able to adhere to deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate user knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Driver\/Personal Assistant to the
