Our unique value proposition lies in our excellent customer service as well as our superior capabilities in the fresh categories.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Training &amp; Development Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nTraining Manager Responsibilities Include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying and assessing future and current training needs<\/li>\n<li>Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan<\/li>\n<li>Deploying a wide variety of training methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Brief<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced training and development manager to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the firm.<\/li>\n<li>Training managers work across many departments to get employees up to speed in both their specific vertical, and the overall needs of the company.
