Are you looking to work for an organization that encourages growth and success from each and every one of its employees?<\/li>\n<li>If so, AIDS Healthcare Foundation is the place for you!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nLeadership and Management Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/she oversees AHF medical operations in Nigeria and supports the Country Program Manager to efficiently and effectively deliver quality clinical services in the country.<\/li>\n<li>Provides technical support to the Treatment program and work with the Prevention lead to ensures linkage to treatment and care program through well-established processes of patient linkages and service integration<\/li>\n<li>Attends key technical partners meetings and provides feedback to management.<\/li>\n<li>Leads the development of treatment work plans for all sites.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she participates in staff need assessment, interviewing, and induction of new hired staff.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she participates in setting performance targets and staff appraisal and addressing concerns of employees under his\/her supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Supports the operations of the programs in the country to ensure efficient service delivery in each site\/program area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Clinical Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures standard quality of clinical services is delivered at all AHF supported sites.<\/li>\n<li>Provides periodic comprehensive support supervision reports, adhering to the tools provided by AHF<\/li>\n<li>Promotes the implementation of standard operating procedures for all activities relating to good clinical practice and ensures functional QI teams are in existence at site levels<\/li>\n<li>Strengthens and ensures TB\/HIV, PMTCT, ART and other integrated services are delivered in an integrated service delivery model.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures effective patient flow in all sites, especially those with high volume of patients and coordinate\u00a0 periodic operations research to monitor performance and assure improved quality.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies early warning resistance indicators and intervention strategies<\/li>\n<li>Remains updated on current trends and standards in clinical management of HIV\/AIDS and related illnesses<\/li>\n<li>Participates in the elaboration\/monitoring of annual targets and ensure that they are achieved in all regional sites<\/li>\n<li>Is the point person for management of difficult cases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Supervisory Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides technical leadership and mentorship to doctors, nurses, laboratory scientists, pharmacist working in the different facilities in the country to ensure continuous growth and learning<\/li>\n<li>Works with the program pharmacist\u00a0 to ensure that pharmacy operations are in accordance with good pharmacy practices<\/li>\n<li>Identifies and promotes operational research at country level and builds capacity among the staff\u00a0 in case presentations and elaboration of scientific papers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Experiences<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a Medical Doctor from a recognized institution.
