vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Analyst<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Kano<strong><br \/>\nSummary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Business Analyst is responsible for the requirements analysis and documentation, specification, development cycle and execution of a variety of software projects.<\/li>\n<li>S\/he manages the sprint and release process and communicates all changes to relevant stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Keywords:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requirements Analysis, Sprint Planning, Release Planning, Agile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Discovers, documents, and prioritizes client needs and requirements, translating them to specific software requirements<\/li>\n<li>Supports Information Systems Manager in developing specifications, timelines and budget<\/li>\n<li>Manages prioritization in close coordination with the programmes and engineering teams<\/li>\n<li>Organizes and facilitates project planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other project-related meetings<\/li>\n<li>Acts as an interface between program units, technology teams and support teams in collaboration with a Senior business Analyst<\/li>\n<li>Provides expertise to identify and translate system requirements into software design documentation<\/li>\n<li>Works as a technical writer to ensure quality internal and external client-oriented documentation<\/li>\n<li>Provides end-to-end solution and design details<\/li>\n<li>Demos product functionalities for customers and other stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Tracks tasks and milestones and reports on the project\u2019s progress<\/li>\n<li>Supports Information Systems Manager in establishing software development processes with the local development team<\/li>\n<li>Documents business and system processes using UML notation and Case tool like Enterprise Architect<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the recommended solution has a competitive edge<\/li>\n<li>Understands the technical designs as well as the specifications<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicates with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements such as\u00a0 GUI, screen and interface designs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications \/ Skills \/ Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree from college or university in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, Information Systems Technology or related field<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of\u00a0 Agile\/Scrum Framework<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communications with a strong aptitude for succinctly presenting thoughts and ideas to internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Organizational skills and great attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work as a member of a team and possess good problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have the ability to manage conflicts and resolve problems effectively<\/li>\n<li>Action oriented and resilient in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years hands-on product or project management experience with software products and solutions<\/li>\n<li>Desirables: UML, SCRUM, MICROSOFT Technologies<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience to gather user requirements from a number of sources and build product requirements.\u00a0 Ability to identify product improvements that meet organizational and client needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work
