Exporting to 101 countries, the holding is taking confident steps towards becoming a regional leader.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Executive Assistant<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Agbara, Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a competent Executive Administrative Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive\u2019s working life and communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal\/external clients<\/li>\n<li>Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data<\/li>\n<li>Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Produce reports, presentations, and briefs<\/li>\n<li>Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system<\/li>\n<li>Handle requests and queries appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders<\/li>\n<li>Make travel arrangements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in other secretarial position<\/li>\n<li>Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload<\/li>\n<li>High level verbal and written communications skills<\/li>\n<li>Discretion and confidentiality<\/li>\n<li>High School degree (B.Sc); additional qualification as personal assistant would be considered an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in English<\/li>\n<li>Exemplary planning and time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:nigeriahr@hayat.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>nigeriahr@hayat.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Established in 1937, Hayat Holding is a leading Turkish enterprise with a highly successful track record.
