{"id":43738,"date":"2017-10-19T13:26:43","date_gmt":"2017-10-19T12:26:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=43738"},"modified":"2017-10-19T13:26:43","modified_gmt":"2017-10-19T12:26:43","slug":"willco-property-management-limited-job-available","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/willco-property-management-limited-job-available.html","title":{"rendered":"Willco Property Management Limited Job Available"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Willco Property Management is a client-centric property servicing company that provides a broad range of cost effective management solutions to a variety of clients.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0HR Executive<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with company Managing Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy<\/li>\n<li>Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital<\/li>\n<li>Plan, monitor and implement employee performance appraisal on set schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Train managers on appraisal system, and coach employees accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary and incentives<\/li>\n<li>Ensure enforcement and compliance of Health Safety and Environment procedures across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Managing staff records and ensuring all documents are filed in Dropbox accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws<\/li>\n<li>Manage recruitment ,selection process and new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain employee benefit programs.
