Total Nigeria recruits <strong>SOFTWARE ANALYSIS &amp; DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (LOTUS NOTES ADMINISTRATION)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be required to:<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaise with all tiers of top government functionaries (Executives and members of the States Assemblies) of both Rivers and Akwa Ibom States<br \/>\n\u2022 Develop and manage databases (Profiles\/CVs) for Rivers and Akwa Ibom State Governments &#8211; Executive and Legislative<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare monthly analysis of Political, Economic and Business Intelligence concerning Rivers and Akwa Ibom States<br \/>\n\u2022 Establish and maintain an events calendar for critical Rivers and Akwa Ibom States Government contacts.<br \/>\n\u2022 Organize Interactive Sessions, conferences, seminars for the Executive and Legislature.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage travel arrangements for top Government functionaries in Rivers and Akwa Ibom States on TEPNG\u2019s sponsorships or invitations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Establish comprehensive database and details on the activities of Rivers and Akwa Ibom States Assemblies and their relevant Committees.<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor and analyse Legislative Bills (Industry related and Industry specific) in the Rivers and Akwa Ibom States Assemblies and forward early warning signs as they affect TEPNG.<br \/>\n\u2022 Manage corporate events in Rivers and Akwa Ibom States<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Head, Public Affairs<\/p>\n<p>Required Skills:<\/p>\n<p>The ideal applicant should possess a good university degree in Computer Science<\/p>\n<p>The ideal applicant should possess:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills .<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent IT skills including knowledge of MS Office.
