We are seeking to hire qualified candidate as part of its on-going restructuring and initiatives to strengthen our passion to provide exceptional services in the company, to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Secretary\/ Administrative Officer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Enugu<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<li>Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing workloads.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing new procedures and administrative systems.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with relevant organizations and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Logging or processing bills or expenses.<\/li>\n<li>Acting as a receptionist and\/or meeting and greeting clients.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Typing, preparing and collating reports.<\/li>\n<li>Filing.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).<\/li>\n<li>Managing databases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement<\/strong><br \/>\nCandidates must possess:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND\/HND\/B.Sc from a recognized higher Institution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:btsenugu@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>btsenugu@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>23rd October, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bethel Theological Seminary is a theological school with 4 branches in Nigeria.
