We are passionate about brewing and have a long tradition of craftsmanship, making superb beer from high quality natural ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0<\/strong>Consumer Connections Marketing Manager<br \/>\nReference Number: SAB-273<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><br \/>\nMedia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and own Portfolio Media Strategy &amp; Media Principles<\/li>\n<li>Lead Media Planning; manage &amp; optimize media activity grid from a portfolio perspective<\/li>\n<li>Approver of media briefs to agency<\/li>\n<li>Approve any changes\/revisions to brand media and comms activities<\/li>\n<li>Lead Media Agency management &amp; relationship<\/li>\n<li>Financial accountability for total Media Budget &amp; optimization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Digital:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop digital brand strategies for local brands<\/li>\n<li>Optimize digital communication for BUs for local brands<\/li>\n<li>Step up digital creativity to improve impact<\/li>\n<li>Roll out capability building (this responsibility sits at the Zone)<\/li>\n<li>Implement harmonized ways of working<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sponsorship:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Roll out sponsorship strategy and capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Acquire &amp; negotiate to get optimum sponsorship potential<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the business case, apply financial and commercial acumen and financial measures (eg ROI)<\/li>\n<li>Provide advisory input for sponsorship activation (to Exp Events or Brand team)<\/li>\n<li>Target setting, tracking, correction, evaluation (incl ROI), learnings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experiential Events:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop major events strategy \/ model, national events plan, calendar, together with brands<\/li>\n<li>Develop event &amp; brand experience activation toolkits (by type, by size) and lead the communication and training of same<\/li>\n<li>Define event &amp; experiential agency \/ partner \/ supplier model and grid; manage relationships and develop specialized BTL agencies<\/li>\n<li>Establish ROI criteria and measure for all events\/experiences (Brand teams accountable to manage\/monitor\/adhere<\/li>\n<li>Brief, activity plan, production, execution, evaluation of major flagship events &amp; brand experiences<\/li>\n<li>Support and ensure brands\/regions in best in class execution on other<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication<\/li>\n<li>Influencing and consulting skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle complex situations under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Clear, concise communicator<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>5 years of marketing experience<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker<\/li>\n<li>Good conceptual and analytical abilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/sabmiller.mcidirecthire.com\/External\/Job?ref=Sm9iSWQ9MjczJlNvdXJjZT1Ud2l0dGVyLVNoYXJlJnVuaXF1ZT0yMDE3MTAyMDA5#.WemmNx0wyxc.twitter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SABMiller is in the beer and soft drinks business, bringing refreshment and sociability to millions of people all over the world who enjoy our drinks.
