We utilize unique and proven methodologies to deliver actionable results to clients in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Receptionist<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company.<\/li>\n<li>Our Receptionist\u2019s duties include offering administrative support across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business.<\/li>\n<li>You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office<\/li>\n<li>Receive, sort and distribute daily mail\/deliveries<\/li>\n<li>Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)<\/li>\n<li>Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock<\/li>\n<li>Update calendars and schedule meetings<\/li>\n<li>Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers<\/li>\n<li>Keep updated records of office expenses and cost<\/li>\n<li>Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office<\/li>\n<li>Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls<\/li>\n<li>Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)<\/li>\n<li>Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone\/email<\/li>\n<li>Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks<\/li>\n<li>Customer service attitude<\/li>\n<li>High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Qualified candidates should have a minimum of OND\/HND\/B.Sc.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)<\/li>\n<li>Professional attitude and appearance<\/li>\n<li>Solid written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@hyinsco.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>jobs@hyinsco.com.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>30th November, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hyinsco is a business development consulting firm that provides customized solutions for the formulation and implementation of business strategies.
