Fan Milk Nigeria is a well established and fast growing food processing industry offering wide range of products.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Argon Welder<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welder has primary responsibility is welding of aluminums and steel (also, stainless steel).<\/li>\n<li>Each job must be run with safety, accuracy and timeliness in the welding area.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create quality welds according to blueprints (weld symbols).<\/li>\n<li>Inspect welds for accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the proper packaging, identifying and moving of all finished products to the proper location<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor equipment and request maintenance when required.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare product to be welded by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping and cutting steel\/aluminum parts.<\/li>\n<li>Change wire, welding, as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Perform simple maintenance and repair as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will be required to cross-train as back-up in other areas of the manufacturing plant.<\/li>\n<li>Required to have proper and accurate entry into the time and attendance system.<\/li>\n<li>Other job-related duties as may be necessary to carry out the responsibilities of this position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Performance Expectations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safety, Quality, Accuracy, Timeliness, Reliability and Thoroughness of work performed.<\/li>\n<li>Develop good working relationships with co-workers and other employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in welding.<\/li>\n<li>Position requires good mathematical ability and the ability to read and interpret blueprints.<\/li>\n<li>Must be proficient in using various measurement tools to establish the configuration or position of a welding plan<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to identify and initiate repair of damaged welds<\/li>\n<li>It requires the ability to operate precision measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, protractors, and tape measures.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to display technical skills and be able to operate gas and non-gas welding devices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/fanmilk-nig.net\/careers\/job\/search\/?display=argon-welder-fan24101\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fan Milk Plc is a leading manufacturer and marketer of healthy, nutritious and safe frozen dairy and non-frozen dairy food products with distribution channels across the length and breadth of&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10164,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[70],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
