It is an open, professional and vibrant exchange, connecting Nigeria, Africa and the world.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Relationship Officer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\nDivision: Capital Market Division<br \/>\nDepartment: Domestic Primary Market Department<br \/>\nReport to: Head \u2013 Domestic Primary Market Department<br \/>\nEstimated Date of Resumption: Friday, December 1st, 2017<br \/>\n<strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospect companies to bring them to list on The Exchange\u2019s Boards \u2013 ASEM, Main Board and Premium Board<\/li>\n<li>Market and sell various products &amp; services of the NSE to prospective and existing listed companies to increase the listing value proposition<\/li>\n<li>Develop, and maintain trusted relationships with the leadership and executive level of listed companies, e.g. CEO, CFO, and Board Members<\/li>\n<li>Respond to enquiries from prospective and listed companies<\/li>\n<li>Organize periodic forums with listed companies as determined by market conditions and The Exchange\u2019s business imperatives<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the Product Management team and other teams to provide market intelligence on ongoing product and service development<\/li>\n<li>Generally, act as the main point of contact for listed companies with The Exchange<\/li>\n<li>Promote listed company interface with The Exchange through participation at \u201cbell ringing\u201d ceremonies, \u201cFacts behind the Figures\u201d and attendance at relevant NSE events<\/li>\n<li>Develop expertise in assigned industry sector(s) to enhance marketing and relationship management<\/li>\n<li>Understand the business needs and operations of the potential and listed companies\u2019 community<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the achievement of listing sales goals and retention of revenue<\/li>\n<li>Through pro-active relationship management, identify new products \/ incremental revenue opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Present to industry associations on capital markets and listing related issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Admin \/ Finance \/ Accountancy \/ Law \/ Banking or another related discipline<\/li>\n<li>3 to 7 years client facing experience in the Capital Markets \/ Investment Banking\/ Asset Management \/ Financial Services \/ manufacturing \/ commerce \/ agricultural \/ transport \/ telecoms or oil and gas sectors<\/li>\n<li>MBA, professional and other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Functional Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical Thinking<\/li>\n<li>Content Development and Delivery<\/li>\n<li>Information Management<\/li>\n<li>Business Development<\/li>\n<li>Client Relationship Management<\/li>\n<li>Conflict Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Behavioural Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attention to Detail<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Influence<\/li>\n<li>Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Inter-Personal Relations<\/li>\n<li>Customer Service<\/li>\n<li>Effective Communication Skills (Written &amp; Oral)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nse.com.ng:8443\/careers\/#\/vacancy\/47\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>2nd November, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Nigerian Stock Exchange, services the largest economy in Africa, and is championing the development of Africa\u2019s financial markets.
