Engagement is a key driver of productivity and performance, which creates the foundation of our performance culture.<\/p>\n<p>Standard Chartered Bank is recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Client Centre Executive \u2013 Sales<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job ID:<\/strong> 567424<strong><br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Ikoyi, Lagos<br \/>\nJob Function: Retail Banking<br \/>\nRegular\/Temporary: Temporary<br \/>\nFull\/Part Time: Full time \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure utilisation \/ closure of all the leads provided and provide a resolution<\/li>\n<li>Call all Employee Banking \/ Personal \/ Priority \/ Business clients who have written\/phoned the Bank for account closure with an aim to retain.<\/li>\n<li>Utilise metrics and the agreed service standards to drive decisions and improve operational service excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that prospects are clearly communicated to about the bank charges \/ terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all legal and compliance guidelines provided by the bank are adhered to.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Data confidentiality and secrecy norms of the bank are adhered to.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full awareness of all policies related to mis-selling, TCF etc &amp; comply with the same.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain complete and detailed knowledge of all the assigned products.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up to date activity and call records.<\/li>\n<li>Identify clients who have been identified as pipeline for attrition &amp; provide a resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure that all individual client queries are dealt with promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Explain retention offers &amp; negotiate with the least possible reversal.<\/li>\n<li>Validate record and highlight findings with accurate and complete data capture.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to Cancellation &amp; Reversal Budgets using the approved retention grid \/ retention offers.<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to TAT for closure of requests &amp; fund reversals.<\/li>\n<li>Controls and checks to be followed at all times.<\/li>\n<li>Clearly articulate the bank\u2019s service vision and foster positive alignment among team members to continuously improve service experience<\/li>\n<li>Leverage on the offer pallet \/ pricing grid and negotiate with the client to stay with SCB.
