Founded on the vision to provide luxury at its best, Montaigne Place provides an exceptional sophisticated shopping experience with our exclusive offers.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Accountant<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise all financial reports and pricing on an everyday basis and provide NAV for all investments.<\/li>\n<li>Administer all accounts and budgets for various departments, perform audits on tax and prepare reports<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal and external auditors and manage work of all accountants.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze management performance and oversaw the efficient working of same.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with accounting and finance team and prepare financial statements on a monthly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare various financial reports and submit it to regulatory agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal and external legal advisors and senior bank personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare bank deposits.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate and resolve customer queries.<\/li>\n<li>Process adjustments.<\/li>\n<li>Develop a recovery system and initiate collection efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with chief financial officer and evaluate all fiscal policies and recommend improvements for programs.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all communication with investor on various investor and earning releases.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze potential contracts and mergers and manage all investments for company.<\/li>\n<li>Administer all accounting functions for acquisition and integration of processes.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise all functions of Corporate Controller and subsidiaries.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of all data and evaluate it to recommend product improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Work with investor relations of organization and participate in various meetings for all potential investors.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and establish all accounting policies for banks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Technical skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of accounts receivable.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in relevant computer software.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years of accounts receivable and general accounting experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of office administration and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of general accounting principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in Accounting or related field required.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be a chartered accountant<\/li>\n<li>Audit Experience Required<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application Letter and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hrexecutive@montaigneplace.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hrexecutive@montaigneplace.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with position applied for as subject<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>3rd November, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Montaigne Place is Nigeria\u2019s largest luxury skincare, cosmetic, fragrance and well-being retail company.
