{"id":44186,"date":"2017-10-30T16:00:04","date_gmt":"2017-10-30T15:00:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=44186"},"modified":"2017-10-29T15:41:15","modified_gmt":"2017-10-29T14:41:15","slug":"levande-healthcare-limited-new-recruitment-2-positons","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/levande-healthcare-limited-new-recruitment-2-positons.html","title":{"rendered":"Levande Healthcare Limited New Recruitment [2 Positons]"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Levande Healthcare Limited \u2013 A start-up healthcare company with emphasis on providing innovative healthcare services seek candidates to play an integral role in achieving the vision, growth and development of the company in the capacities below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Business Development Coordinator<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Key Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Execute day-to-day operations and management of business development across the company.<\/li>\n<li>Develop understanding of customer needs and market drivers in the healthcare industry.<\/li>\n<li>Understand current and future healthcare digital advertising and marketing trends and maximally utilize same.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategic roadmap for the company by identifying opportunities, and creating and evaluating business cases for new products and services<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring team alignment and engagement across departments.<\/li>\n<li>Develops and make business case presentations to clients.<\/li>\n<li>Manage business development processes, including pipeline, quality review, and collaboration with internal and external departments.<\/li>\n<li>Leads data analysis, reporting, and knowledge management to inform business development strategy and operations<\/li>\n<li>Conduct long-term and short-term strategic research that informs the growth strategy of the company<\/li>\n<li>You may be required to occasionally work on Saturdays<\/li>\n<li>Other responsibilities may be performed as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preferred Skills \/ Prerequisites:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in business development and sales<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated excellent negotiating, interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Organizational experience in operations and planning required<\/li>\n<li>Sound decision-making skills required<\/li>\n<li>Experience in managing budgets and analysing contracts preferred<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with excellent computer skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner with self-motivation<\/li>\n<li>A passion for excellence and a commitment to quality.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and with other team members<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should live on the mainland and be ready to resume by 20th of November.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nThis pays N75,000 monthly inclusive of taxes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Health Services Coordinator<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should live on the mainland and be ready to resume by 20th of November.<\/li>\n<li>Are you motivated to help build a company you will be proud to be part of? We are looking for you!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Roles and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountable for the delivery of contract services and ensuring that we are in compliance with all aspects of the client contract.<\/li>\n<li>Executes day-to-day operations of the health services needs contracted to the company.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor subcontracted services including specialty providers.<\/li>\n<li>Develops and maintains positive, professional, collaborative relationships with clients and ensures client satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate financial and statistical data, health service needs and problems, and makes recommendations for improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Develops training programs for nurses, interns, and other members required for the service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of procedures and programs.<\/li>\n<li>Hires and supervises personnel to deliver the health services required<\/li>\n<li>Assists in planning current or future space needs, purchasing supplies, and equipment, and in ensuring the maintenance of same.<\/li>\n<li>Constructs and supervises an annual operational plan<\/li>\n<li>Handles the budget, including setting fee schedules and the billing procedures for the services.<\/li>\n<li>Holds regular meetings with the staff to discuss progress and to solve the department\u2019s problems.<\/li>\n<li>Works closely with the management team in the development of plans and policies.
